In a similar situation, Jung Truck Service Inc. is being sued the same exact amount – $100,000, for medical expenses and other damages resulting from a negligent left turn by one of the company’s truck drivers which caused the truck to collide into the victim’s car, causing her to sustain injuries. Thus, even if your drivers are well-trained, the roads themselves may be more hazardous in some places resulting in even experienced drivers succumbing to negligent accidents.
