Distracted driving has long been the cause of numerous accidents that kill innocent lives every year and the Department of Transportation is finally taking action.
The U.S. Department of Transportation announced a final rule specifically prohibiting interstate truck and bus drivers from using hand-held cell phones while operating their commercial vehicles.
